As a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the real estate sector. I've been proudly associated with Blue Forest Realty since its inception in 2014, but my journey in real estate began in 2012, laying the foundation for my enduring passion and dedication to the industry. Throughout my career, I have primarily specialized in investment properties, construction, land severances, development, flips, and BRRRs. My commitment to excellence goes beyond the professional realm, as I actively participate in these processes for both clients and in my personal endeavours.
While my expertise is evident in supporting investor clients, I also take great joy in assisting first-time home buyers. Guiding them through the purchase process and spending the time to teach them along the way is a rewarding aspect of my role.
Away from real estate, I devote my downtime to coaching children's volleyball and baseball. This allows me to channel my energy into nurturing athletic talents and fostering a sense of team spirit. Additionally, I embrace opportunities to travel whenever they arise, exploring and appreciating diverse cultures to broaden my horizons both personally and professionally.
On the personal front, I have a loving family at home—a 10-year-old daughter named Hanna and my wonderful wife, Miha. These cherished relationships add depth and perspective to my life, influencing my commitment to creating homes for others. Originally from Poland, I made Canada my home at the age of 7, and my strong roots occasionally draw me back to my homeland. Travel remains a cherished pursuit whenever I find the time.
