As a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the real estate sector. I've been proudly associated with Blue Forest Realty Inc. Brokerage since its inception in 2014, but my journey in real estate began in 1998 with my first income property, laying the foundation for my enduring passion and dedication to the industry. Throughout my career, I have primarily specialized in investment properties, construction, land severances, development, flips, and BRRRRs. My commitment to excellence goes beyond the professional realm, as I actively participate in these processes for both clients and in my personal endeavours.
While my expertise is evident in supporting investor clients, I also take great joy in assisting first-time home buyers. Guiding them through the purchase process and spending the time to teach them along the way is a rewarding aspect of my role.
I enjoy sharing real estate strategies with others, which has led to me being invited to speak on multiple panels and as a solo speaker at real estate events across Ontario.
Away from real estate, I devote my downtime to coaching children's volleyball and baseball, which I have found to be an extremely rewarding pastime. Additionally, I embrace opportunities to travel whenever they arise, exploring and appreciating diverse cultures to broaden my horizons both personally and professionally. I was born in Poland and came to Canada when I was 10, and I still love going back to visit whenever I can. Travel has always been something I enjoy, and I try to fit it in whenever life allows.
On the personal side, I’m lucky to have a loving family—a beautiful daughter, Hanna, and my amazing wife, Miha. They’re my "Why" and are a big part of what keeps me grounded.
